Besides not being in stock, not having speakers, and not being high enough res for "full" hd, yes, you will...
On the other hand an asus VH222H costs less than $200 and comes with speakers, full hd, and you can hook a computer up to it too...
For anything less than full hd, a standard hdmi cable works, otherwise a 'high speed' one works for anything (cheap as shit too)
