How do I disable blinking security alarm on dash - Nissan Maxima?
I recently had to un hook my battery for a few minutes, and when I turned it back on, the factory alarm went off... so I disabled it by ofcourse sticking the key into the drivers door. The alarm stopped going off, however the blinking security light on the dash will not stop blinking. How do I get it to stop blinking, and most importantly, will this kill my battery eventually? It has been 4 days now.

it will after a while, try turning the car on, and pumping the breaks. the car thinks its been stolen. if that doesnt work, unhook the battery again, have your key in ignition ON, but dont have the car on, hook the battery and start the car. If it still persists than get to your nearest service station.
