Hello. We have a frigidaire gallery professional series. Today, it stopped blowing cold air. The refrigerator and freezer are starting to defrost. What can I do to try to fix this?
The refridgerator is running. The freezer is able to produce ice. the ice have not melted, but the freezer doesnt feel cold enough. Fridge is warm even when set on coldest. I am not sure how to check the other things. When I put my hand near the fan/vent opening in the back of the fridge, no cold air is coming out.

Weaknesses:
