Gao Presents Active Uhf Anti-collision Long-range Tag
Toronto, Canada - GAO RFID Inc. (www.GAORFID.com) now supplies a new active UHF Tag (GAO 137004). This high-performance and power-efficient active RFID tag has an expandable memory of 8,000 bytes, an optional LED, and an optional sensor for monitoring temperature. It enables users to collect highly accurate, real-time data for identification, tracking and tracing, and localization.
This RFID tag conveys data via progressive UHF radio frequency technology at a distance of up to 100 feet from a handheld device or up to 300 feet from a fixed interrogator, as well, the UHF operating frequencies allow low-power and long-range communication. Its outstanding anti-collision multi-tag-handling algorithm provides accurate communication to a large number of tags tracking of assets or people.
GAO's active UHF Tag (GAO 137004) provides the following features:·It has a read/write range of 100 meters.
·The expandable memory of 8,000-byte (Option: 32,000) is easy to store users' and process' information and can be used as an electronic packing slip or an electronic shop traveler.
·It allows low-power, long-range communication and high-rate data transmission with minimal interference in different conditions.
·It provides reliable identification of fast moving-objects and large numbers of tags can be identified simultaneously.
·It measures and logs the temperature of goods in definable intervals.
•Non-line-of-sight data transmission offers great convenience.

Did Geneva convention ban use of long range air-air missiles?
I thought I heard somewhere that you can not use long range missiles such as the sparrow in war fare anymore. If anyone knows do you know why not? Anymore info on the missile would be appreciated. Thanks.

No, no air to air missiles of any kind are banned.
********There are no more Phoenix missiles. The F-14 was specifically built to carry and shot the Phoenix. When the F-14 was retired from the service the Phoenix was too.

Garmin Long Range Antenna Review
When you go out hunting with your dog, the best way to track him or her is through the Garmin Long Range Antenna. This Garmin Long Range Antenna is designed to increase the range of your handheld receiver for up to three miles. When your hunting dog travels outside the Garmin's range, the antenna can be extended to over a meter and attached directly to the Astro 220 using a one meter coaxial cable that is included upon purchase.
Hunting dogs tend to get farther than your usual antenna's range. When this happens you have to pick up your pace and move out, or you have to leave your position and follow blindly where your dog went to and wait for your receiver to locate your dog's whereabouts. This is usually time consuming not to mention the fact that you have to leave the perfect spot where you are hiding to see your prey. But with the Garmin Long Range Antenna, you won't have to leave your spot, as the handheld receiver can pick up your dog's location within the three mile radius. If your dog moves further than that range, you can simply extend the Garmin Long range Antenna and attach it to your Astro 220 to extend your antenna's range. This allows you to locate your dog easily without having to move too much from your present location.
The Garmin Long Range Antenna has a moulded handle and lanyard that measure just up to a quarter meter long when stored. This makes the Garmin Long Range Antenna a lot more portable than other antenna receivers since you can put the Garmin in your hunting vest when you are not using it.
