Where can I find a simple handsfree telephone headset?

So any suggestions for a simple handsfree telephone/headset? I often have to work at home during the holidays need hands free for working on the laptop! It drives me mad having to hold the phone to my ear. I'll need this for Thanksgiving!

I have the same problem and what I did was bought a Spectra MP-6 Mini Handsfree Phone w/ Handsfree Microphone & Headset!
