Can I use a flat panel computer monitor as a TV ?
I have 2 15" flat panel monitors and I would like to use 1 as a T.V. I can use an old VCR as a tuner and I am not afraid to cut wires on the monitor cable, I just don't know if this is possible and if so which wires to use since an RCA out on a VCR or cable box only has 2 wires. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try and find VGA to RCA (or the opposite) adapters. Or if it is DVI the appropriate. (if there is no dvi to rca then maybe combining dvi to vga with vga to rca will work.) Sorry I can't help you with cutting wires.
