Qualcomm Dual-Core 1.2GHz Snapdragon With 1080p, HSPA + and CDMA2000
phone market was dominated by the ARM processor, more feature sets are incorporated into the computer manufacturers see it needs a more powerful processor, especially for high-end smartphone. The good news now, Qualcomm announced its readiness to dual-core processor versions Snapdragon addresses the needs of the market. Named as MSM8260 and MSM8660, they are both dual-core processors with integrated HSPA + / B, CDMA2000 1xEV-DO revision as a powerful SoC for mobile computing.
From each core processor running at 1.2GHz, the solution is more adequate to handle all mobile computers moving without compromising its usefulness at relatively lower power consumption compared to the x86 architecture. Besides, they both are larger, the internal core GPU-accelerated 2D/3D hardware compatible with Open GL ES 2.0 and Open VG 1.1 standards. Yes, no doubt, when it comes to handling a full 1080p HD video decoding, and even coding. More importantly, the MSM(Mobile Station Modem) processors have been enhanced HSPA +, as well as the possibility of CDMA network that will greatly simplify board design, but can shrink down the form factor and the BOM(Bill of Material) cost.
No further information on prices, both the MSM8260 and MSM8660 are already at the stage of sampling, and now we can expect it to compete with Intel Atom in netbook even x86 tablet PC market or the smaller size and lower power consumption are beneficial.

Can you have dual citizenship and be in the Armed Forces?
I have dual citizenship and do not want to give it up. However, I am fairly certain I have to when I become a commissioned officer. Does anyone know if I can get it back. Also, my other nationality is a member of NATO. Is there a NATO provision?
There is not a NATO provision. In order to become a commissioned officer in the US military, you'd have to surrender your other citizenship and swear allegiance to the United States alone.
There are provisions for serving as an enlisted person in the Army and the Marines with other nationalities, but not as an officer.
As far as regaining your dual citizenship after your armed forces service, it just depends on the state of the world by then.
