How to repair loose earphone socket on Creative Zen Micro?
My socket on my creative zen micro is loose which makes the sound almost impossible to hear unless completely still and the earphone jack is finely moved into a good position.I believe the zen is fine, but just the socket connection to the chip is lost. Can anyone give (or find) me an instructional for me to follow to repair?
You'll have to send it back, email them and ask teir advice and they will probably advise you to send it back. I had the exact same problem, unfortunately i didn't have my original receipt...
