I think that all prisons should have drug treatment centers inside them so inmates can lose the desire of drugs in their system so they won`t have to go back on the streets looking for more drugs to take.And i heard that therapy can heal child molesters desire for children and i think that the inmates in there for that should be required to take those therapy classes so that they won`t go back to their evil desires that they have.And also that cops should be at bars with breath testers(forget the name for it)and each time they leave the bar they would test the person to see if they are drunk or not so that they won`t be on the road killing people and all that.Does any of these idea sound good to you and will it work on our society or not?Please give me a good reason about your option.Do ya like it or not?
yes the ideas sound good and they may work...but wether a person is addicted to drugs or messing with little children no amount of therapy or rehab will help until they r ready and willing to stop...and i can honestly say that i know for sure that a person on drugs, no one will be able to get them to stop till they r good and ready stop....i have been there and been addicted to many drugs....thank god i never had to go to jail or anything.....but my friends tried everything to get me to stop from therapy to rehab ....which i just left.....and anyway rehab is one of the easiest places to get drugs......and as for cops sitting at the bars waiting for people to leave to give them a breathalizer what r they going to do ask everyone how r u getting home?? cuz i tell u what the first time some cop stop me as i was leaving a bar and wanted to give me a breathalizer i would be pis*ed....cuz i always have a DD......then how do the cops know if u r actually leaving the bar or just going to ur car to get another pack of cig's.....they would have to stop everyone and question them on their motives for leaving the bar...sounds a little like harrassment to me.....your ideas r good dont get me wrong.....but they would not work do to the way our society is......and it would take alot more taxpayer money and god knows we cant afford it.....cuz u would have to hire more cops to sit at every bar.....and i can tell u that just in the small town i live in there r like 10 bars...then not even an hour away where we all prefer to drink there r at least 100...ok maybe more like 50....but u see the point....u would also have to hire people to work the therapy sessions and all in the prisons....and so much money already goes to the prisons just for minor crap.....

Breath Alcohol Analyser
Breath Alcohol Analyser is a device for estimating blood alcohol content (BAC) from a breath sample. The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration maintains a Conforming Products List of breath alcohol devices approved for evidentiary use, as well as for preliminary screening use.
A breath analyser can detect BAC because alcohol does not change chemical composition within the body. Instead, it is absorbed by the stomach and intestines to enter the bloodstream. Inside the bloodstream it travels throughout the body, including lung sacs called alveoli, where alcohol molecules are mixed with exhaled air.
The ratio for alcohol found in the breath to alcohol in the blood is 2,100:1. Hence, by measuring the concentration of alcohol in the breath, the breath analyser can easily calculate blood alcohol content. The legal limit in most states is 0.08% BAC.
Law enforcement has used breathalysers for many years, but a breath analyser can also be handy for individuals. Party guests can avail themselves of a breathalyser to ensure they can legally and safely get behind the wheel to drive home. If the reading is still too high, a simple waiting period can help one avoid a costly DUI (driving under the influence violation) or worse. Institutions and business with policies of random drug testing might use a breath analyser, especially among employees that are entrusted with the care of others, work with potentially dangerous machinery or operate vehicles.
There are many models of consumer or personal breath alcohol testers on the market. These hand-held devices are generally less expensive than the devices used by law enforcement. Most retail consumer breath testers use semiconductor-based sensing technology, which is less expensive, less accurate, and less reliable than fuel cell and infrared devices. While semiconductor devices can sense the presence of breath alcohol, they do not provide as reliable measures of BAC.
Infrared instruments are also known as "evidentiary breath testers" and generally produce court-admissible results. Other instruments, usually hand held in design, are known as "preliminary breath testers" (PBT), and their results, while valuable to an officer attempting to establish probable cause for a drunk driving arrest, are generally not admissible in court.
